Sullivans Cove Ex-Brandy Edition Double Cask DC127 is a Tasmanian single malt whisky bottled at 47.5% ABV in a 700ml bottle. This is the specific DC127 release, distinct from other Double Cask batches.

The blend combines whisky matured in three American oak ex-brandy casks with a single French oak ex-Apera cask. Those brandy casks connect the release with the distillery’s own historic brandy production.

The producer records an age range of eight to nine years and a release of 975 bottles. The whisky was decanted on 8 April 2026.

Its official tasting profile emphasises vanilla, fudge and dried fruit, with a creamy palate and a fresh herbal thread. The cask combination brings together sweet American-oak influence and a measured contribution from French oak.
