Shipping policy

Free Shipping Policy:

JC Fine Wines provides Free Shipping service for orders over $250 in VIC and $399 in other states excluding NT in Australia.

JC Fine Wines also offer Free Local Delivery service for orders over $200 for selected nearby areas. (Local Delivery option will appear at checkout if your address is within the eligible delivery range, basically 15-25km delivery radius including city and surrounding areas)

For order above $250 in VIC and $399 in other states with a free shipping discount, we primarily use Australia Parcel Post, or Anonymous wine freight for deliveries. We will purchase transportation insurance corresponding to the value of all our wines.

The following two products are not eligible for the free shipping offer：

  • Lychee Gold Cider Low Alc 1.15% 330ml x 24pk
  • Lychee Gold Cider Premium 8% 330ml x 24pk 

Customers are welcome to contact us to arrange inspection on high value items (old vintage wines).

Delivery Schedules:

It typically takes 1-3 business days to process orders before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 1-7 business days depending on your location. We’re doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

*Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Express Shipping: Generally arrives within 1-3 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-10 business days.
• Next-Day Express Delivery: If you require next-day delivery, FedEx TNT Express is available as a shipping option during checkout.
• Local Delivery: Delivered by our own drivers. Typically takes 1-3 business days.

 

• Temperature-controlled freight is available in selected metro regions: 
VIC (Melbourne CBD ±20km, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula), NSW (Sydney CBD ±20km, selected Northern & Southern suburbs), QLD / SA / WA (metro areas within approx. 10–20km; additional charges may apply).

Remote or Overweight Delivery:

Kindly note that our website quote one delivery fee per state per weight category, primarily based on deliveries to state capital cities. If you reside in country area, you may need to cover the extra delivery cost post-order submission. For overweight orders exceeding 30kg, additional postage charges may apply to cover our costs. Alternatively, if you prefer not to proceed with this surcharge, we'll refund your payment and cancel your order.

Orders containing Pre-order products:

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are ready, ensuring a single consolidated delivery. Customers can expect their orders to be dispatched promptly upon product availability. Our pre-order products are generally ready for dispatch within one week of order placement.

Courier Options for deliver:

1. By default, we primarily use Australia Parcel Post or Anonymous Wine Freight for deliveries. The choice of courier depends on the shipping region, quantity, and value of the wine.

2. Australia Express Post are also available at checkout for extra cost. 

4. FedEx TNT Express is also available at checkout for next-day delivery. Quotes may vary for remote regions or overweight orders. Contact us to find out more.

Customers may indicate their preferred courier, but all matters related to delivery, including tracking and delivery issues, should be addressed directly with the courier. We will assist and provide necessary information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

 

Refund Shipping Costs:

Customers will need to pay for the return shipping if you require a refund for other personal reason out of our refund policy. For your peace of mind, we suggest using a shipping method that allows you to track your package and consider getting shipping insurance. This way, you’re protected if the package is lost or damaged on its way back to us. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
