Summer Shipping Notice


During the warmer months, we closely monitor weather forecasts at both the dispatch and delivery locations on a daily basis.

Orders within Eligible Metro Regions can be dispatched via temperature-controlled specialist wine freight to ensure timely delivery. Eligible Regions including:

  • VIC: Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas (approx. within 20km), Geelong, and the Mornington Peninsula
  • NSW: Sydney CBD and surrounding areas (approx. within 20km), and selected Northern Sydney & Southern Sydney suburbs
  • QLD: Brisbane CBD and surrounding area (approx. within 15–20km). Extra Charge may apply.
  • SA: Adelaide and surrounding metro area (approx. within 15–20km). Extra Charge may apply.
  • WA: Perth and surrounding metro area (approx. within 15–20km). Extra Charge may apply.

If extreme heat is expected while the order is not eligible for Temperature-controlled Freight, we may Delay Dispatch to protect the quality of the wine until conditions are cooler.

If your order is urgent, Express shipping is available, and we’ll do our best to enhance insulation in the packaging, we cannot guarantee protection against heat-related damage once parcels are in transit with the courier.
