🍾 Winemaking Excellence

The 2022 vintage showcases Ruinart’s commitment to excellence, with fermentation occurring in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation to enhance complexity. Aged for an extended period on lees, this Champagne develops its signature depth and creamy texture. 

👃 Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Brilliant yellow with golden reflections, exhibiting fine and persistent effervescence.

• Nose: Delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and Bosc apple, complemented by notes of apricot, hazelnut, and fresh almond. Subtle hints of elderflower and coriander seed add complexity, leading to richer nuances of brioche and biscuit upon further aeration.
