Maturation: Initially aged in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, followed by a 12-month finish in Pedro Ximénez (PX) hogsheads sourced from Bodegas Paez Morilla in Spain .

Nose: Decadent layers of sultana, vanilla butterscotch biscuits, cinnamon, chocolate, and nougat  .

Palate: Deeply elegant, bursting with luscious fruit toast, blackberry jam, baking spices, and an incredibly long, satisfyingly rich finish .

Finish: Satisfyingly rich and long, with sweet flavors lingering on the palate .
