About This Whiskey
Redbreast 18 Year Old is a distinguished Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery, produced under Pernod Ricard.
It is crafted using a mash bill of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills.
Aged for 18 years in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry casks, cream sherry casks, and ruby port casks, this release introduces deeper layers of fruit, spice, and oak while maintaining Redbreast’s hallmark richness. Bottled at 46% ABV, it offers remarkable balance and complexity.
About the Distillery
Produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland, Redbreast represents one of the finest examples of traditional Single Pot Still whiskey making.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, raspberry, sugar-glazed cherry, and dried fig, joined by hazelnut chocolate, caramelised stone fruit, toasted almond, cinnamon, and polished oak.
Palate: Full-bodied and rounded with oak tannins supporting sweet notes of dried fruit, dark berries, orange peel, and subtle hints of liquorice and ginger.
Finish: Long, refined, and harmonious, with lingering pot still spice, fruit, and oak.
