Turkey Flat’s 2026 Rosé is a Grenache rosé from the Barossa Valley, combining summer-fruit aromatics with a perfumed, lightly spicy character. Freshness and balance define the release, made to be enjoyed young rather than held for extended cellaring.

It offers another expression of a region often associated with red wine: a fresh rosé whose fruit and fragrance remain at the centre of the glass. The 2026 release is bottled at 12% alcohol, with 3.6 grams per litre of residual sugar.

Turkey Flat’s history follows the Schulz family’s custodianship of its Barossa property from the 1860s. Its name refers to the Plains Bustard, a native bird that once frequented the flats along Tanunda Creek. The family’s preservation of its historic vineyard landscape remains central to the estate’s identity, while its range explores several expressions of the Barossa.
