Patrick P Series Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruit-driven wine combining fruit from Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. The two cool-climate vineyards create a balanced Limestone Coast expression with natural acidity, tropical fruit and citrus freshness.

Vineyards and Winemaking

Fruit from Coonawarra contributes natural acidity and fresh citrus character, while the Wrattonbully component provides tropical fruit and passionfruit flavours. Blending fruit from both vineyards creates depth, complexity and a consistent balance between fruitiness and acidity.
