Made with the house's lo-fi philosophy, Sanskrit Chenin Blanc focuses on purity, texture and natural balance. Domaine Simha wines are crafted by hand in tiny quantities, using techniques such as wild fermentation, gentle handling and bottling without fining or filtration where appropriate.

This is a fresh and textural Chenin Blanc with a tropical and balanced profile. Expect orchard fruit, citrus lift, subtle stone fruit and a gently waxy texture, supported by bright acidity and a clean, mineral finish.
