About This Wine

Turkey Flat Pinot Gris is a cool-climate expression sourced from the Adelaide Hills. The slower ripening conditions of the region help preserve natural acidity while building ripe fruit flavour, giving the 2025 a combination of aromatic intensity, freshness, texture and length.

Tasting Notes

Highly aromatic with nashi pear, apple and sweet peach, complemented by citrus and stone fruit. The palate is fuller and textural, balanced by a crisp, crunchy line of natural acidity and a long, refreshing finish.
