The 2025 Nanny Goat Vineyard Chardonnay is a fresh and finely structured expression shaped by a cooler growing season, combining bright citrus and stone fruit with carefully integrated oak and savoury complexity.

The nose is aromatic and layered, showing citrus, quince, yellow nectarine and spiced pear alongside cashew, dried tarragon and subtle oak spice.

On the palate, fresh acidity gives energy and definition to citrus and yellow stone fruit flavours. Carefully managed oak provides texture and shape without dominating the fruit, leading to a clean, dry and refreshing finish. With time in the glass, additional notes of peach, grapefruit, nougat, crushed stone, citrus zest and gentle floral characters emerge.

The combination of vibrant acidity, mineral detail and restrained oak gives this Chardonnay both immediate appeal and medium-term cellaring potential.
