The 2025 Moorilla Estate Praxis Chardonnay Musque 750ml comes from the St Matthias vineyard in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley. Made from the aromatic Entav 809 Chardonnay Musqué clone, it offers a distinctive expression of Tasmanian Chardonnay.

Cool fermentation in stainless steel preserves the wine’s fruit character, followed by four months of maturation in stainless steel tanks.

The 2025 release has a gentler muscat perfume than earlier vintages, with tropical fruit, vanilla and rosewater aromas. Green apple, pear and citrus shape the palate, lifted by fresh acidity.
