Overview
The 2025 Mayer Bloody Hill Villages Healesville Pinot Gris is a bright, aromatic Yarra Valley white from Mayer's Bloody Hill Villages range. Sourced from Healesville, it offers a crisp and textural expression of Pinot Gris, with ripe pear, green apple, spice and chalky freshness.
Fermented and matured in neutral oak, this is a vivid, food-friendly Pinot Gris that balances aromatic lift with texture, acidity and a long, clean finish.
Vintage & Winemaking
The wine was fermented and matured in neutral oak, allowing the fruit and acidity to remain central while adding gentle shape and texture. The result is a bright, clean and energetic Pinot Gris with excellent early-drinking appeal.

Pair with red mullet, red mullet with fennel, Thai fried rice with prawns, pork belly, aromatic pork dishes or lightly spiced seafood.

Drink from 2026 to 2030. This is excellent now and should continue to drink well over the next two to three years.
