Overview

A dry Pinot Grigio from Kellerei Cantina Andrian, grown at 260–380 metres above sea level on calcareous clay soils with angular white dolomite. The wine combines ripe fruit character with a soft, full palate and a balanced, persistent finish.

Vineyard

The Pinot Grigio is grown in the Vigneti delle Dolomiti production area at 260–380 metres above sea level. The vineyards are characterised by calcareous clay and angular white dolomite, with a yield of 70 hl/ha.

Winemaking

Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing and maturation on fine yeast for six months.

Aroma: “Fruity bouquet which reminds of ripe honeydew melons.”
