The 2025 Giant Steps Applejack Vineyard Pinot Noir is a premium single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the Upper Yarra Valley, presented in a highly collectible 1.5L Magnum format.

Applejack Vineyard is located near Gladysdale in the Upper Yarra, at higher elevation and in a distinctly cool growing environment. The site has become one of Giant Steps’ most celebrated vineyards, producing Pinot Noir renowned for its fragrance, precision, fine tannins and impressive ageing potential.

The 2025 vintage displays lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by violet, rose petals, subtle herbs and savoury spice.

The palate is elegant and energetic, with concentrated red fruit supported by bright natural acidity and finely structured tannins. Layers of spice, earth and subtle savoury complexity develop through the palate, leading to a long, precise and beautifully balanced finish.

The 1.5L Magnum format offers slower and more gradual bottle development than a standard 750ml bottle, making it particularly attractive for collectors and long-term cellaring.
