“Light and bright ruby and purple tints shine in the glass. Fresh crushed raspberry and rose petal aromas. Bright and lifted red fruits on entry, youthful and exuberant with a delightful floral lift. Acidity and tannins are present but subtle, caressing the fruit and guiding it to a fine lingering finish with a hint of truffle. Savoury notes will build with cellaring.”

The Louis range of wines are crafted for everyday enjoyment or for short term cellaring.
Made from 100% estate grown fruit sourced from 31-year-old vines and produced using similar techniques to the flagship Freycinet Pinot Noir.
To achieve a more fruit driven style, Louis Pinot Noir is matured for 5 months in French oak barriques with 10% new oak.
The 2025 season produced a wine with superb concentration and succulent black cherry and berry flavours, combining seamlessly with subtle tannins, a plush texture and great length.
Its juicy flavours, supple mouthfeel and plush finish give it immediate appeal and make it an ideal match with a wide range of foods.

“In 2010 I purchased 6 bottles of 2008 Louis Pinot Noir for my grandsons 18th. We opened one on Saturday 25/04/2026, it was very nice. I say full flavour, no sediment, perfect. We have 5 more to enjoy, a great wine.” Wayne Fletcher OAM
