The 2025 Forest Hill Vineyard Block 8 Chardonnay is a premium single-vineyard Chardonnay from one of Western Australia’s historic Great Southern producers.

Forest Hill Vineyard was established in 1965 near Mount Barker and is recognised as one of the pioneering vineyards of the Great Southern region. The Block wines represent selected parcels from the estate’s best vineyard sites, with Block 8 Chardonnay offering a refined and age-worthy expression of cool-climate Chardonnay.

The 2025 vintage displays fresh aromas of white peach, nectarine, citrus and green apple, complemented by subtle floral, cashew, flint and savoury oak characters.

The palate is elegant and finely structured, combining concentrated stone fruit and citrus with bright natural acidity and a creamy, textural mouthfeel. Subtle oak influence adds complexity while maintaining freshness and purity of fruit. The finish is long, mineral and beautifully balanced.

While approachable in its youth, the wine has the structure and acidity to develop additional complexity with careful cellaring.
