Overview

A bright and fragrant McLaren Vale Grenache from organically grown bush vines in Blewitt Springs. The 2025 release combines vibrant red fruit and delicate florals with natural acidity and fine, chalky tannins. Seasoned French oak foudre preserves the purity of the fruit, delivering an elegant yet structured Grenache with a long, savoury finish.

Vineyard

Made from 100% Grenache grown organically in the sandy soils of Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale. The bush vines were 27 years old at the 2025 vintage, with fruit harvested on 13 March 2025.

Winemaking

The wine was matured for 10 months in 100% seasoned French oak foudre, allowing the fruit, natural acidity and vineyard character to remain at the forefront.

Producer Tasting Notes

Colour: Bright cherry red with vibrant purple hues.

Bouquet: Led by red summer fruits with a hint cinnamon and delicate rose petal aromatics.

Palate: A more structured release, showing tension and precision. Red fruits sit at the core, framed by vibrant natural acidity. Fine, chalky tannins build through the mid palate, providing definition and length. The finish is savoury, focused and persistent, reflecting both site and season.
