The 2025 Ashton Hills Estate Pinot Noir is an elegant cool-climate Pinot Noir from the Piccadilly Valley in the Adelaide Hills, one of South Australia’s finest regions for the variety.

Ashton Hills was established in 1982 and has developed an outstanding reputation for Pinot Noir. The Estate Pinot Noir is sourced from the estate vineyard and showcases the perfume, freshness and fine structure that define the Ashton Hills style.

The 2025 vintage offers fragrant aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by violet, subtle spice, dried herbs and gentle savoury notes.

The palate is bright and finely structured, with juicy red fruits supported by fresh acidity and silky tannins. Subtle earthy and spicy characters provide additional complexity, leading to a long, elegant and refreshing finish.

Beautifully approachable while young, the wine also has the balance and structure to develop additional savoury complexity with medium-term cellaring.
