3L Double Magnum Bottle.
Overview
The 2024 Maison Saint Aix AIX Rosé is a dry Provence rosé from the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, presented here in a rare 3L Double Magnum format. Made from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, it shows the pale salmon-pink colour, crisp fruit and mineral freshness that define the AIX style.
This large-format release is ideal for entertaining, celebrations, gifting or premium table service where presentation and freshness both matter.
Vintage & Winemaking
The 2024 vintage brought significant challenges across Provence, including frost and mildew pressure, with some wineries experiencing losses of up to 40%. Maison Saint Aix benefited from careful vineyard work, healthy water balance and reduced hydric stress after receiving 150 to 200mm more rainfall than the previous year.
The harvest began on 28 August and concluded on 24 September. The team picked at optimal freshness, preserving delicate aromatics, refined acidity and the bright salmon-pink hue that defines AIX Rosé.
