The 2024 Craggy Range Aroha Pinot Noir is a flagship single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the Te Muna Road Vineyard in Martinborough, New Zealand. Aroha represents one of Craggy Range’s most prestigious wines and is produced in limited quantities from carefully selected parcels.

The cool climate and distinctive soils of Te Muna Road provide ideal conditions for Pinot Noir, allowing slow ripening while maintaining freshness, aromatic intensity and fine structure.

The 2024 vintage displays lifted aromas of dark cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by violet, dried herbs, subtle spice and earthy complexity.

The palate is elegant and finely structured, combining concentrated red and dark fruits with fresh acidity and silky, precise tannins. Savoury spice and subtle oak provide additional depth, leading to a long, complex and persistent finish.

Aroha offers greater concentration, structure and ageing potential than Craggy Range’s regional Martinborough Pinot Noir. While already expressive, the 2024 will reward careful cellaring as its fruit develops greater savoury and tertiary complexity.
