Known as the coolest and highest-altitude subregion in Central Otago, Gibbston produces Pinot Noir with exceptional fragrance, vibrant acidity, and refined tannin structure. The 2023 vintage delivered excellent growing conditions, allowing for slow, even ripening and the development of remarkable aromatic purity and precision.
Hand-harvested fruit was carefully sorted and fermented with meticulous attention to preserving vineyard expression. Maturation in French oak barrels enhanced texture and complexity while allowing the delicate fruit profile and mineral character of the vineyard to remain at the forefront.
