Vinification:
Grapes are sorted, de-stemmed, and gently transferred to vats via conveyor beltā€”no pumping. Before fermentation, a cold maceration at 10Ā°C is carried out for 2ā€“3 days. The vatting period lasts around 15 days with cap punch-downs or pump-overs, guided by daily tastings. Press and free-run juices are blended and lightly settled before maturing in vats and barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place.

Ageing:
12 months in 500-litre barrels and stainless steel vats, with 30% new French oak (medium toast).

Winemaker Notes:
This Pinot Noir shows an intense ruby colour. The nose reveals aromas of small black fruits and subtle spices. Gentle ageing in wood brings finesse and aromatic complexity to the palate.

Elegant and expressive with red and black berry fruit, soft spice, and balanced structure. The finish is smooth and refined, highlighting the purity of Pinot Noir fruit.
