About the Winery

Pierre-Vincent Girardin is a 13th-generation Burgundian winemaker who established his own label at age 21 after working within his family’s domaine in Meursault. His approach focuses on single-site expressions, precise élevage, organic farming and minimal intervention. The Jura project extends this philosophy to the terroirs of Rotalier, producing site-specific wines such as this Savagnin from Le Châtaignier.
