About This Wine

Ɖclat de Calcaire is sourced from organically grown vines across five lieux-dits in Meursault, Pommard and Volnay, all planted on limestone soils. Whole-cluster vinification, followed by Ć©levage in 30% new oak and a short period in stainless steel, delivers a wine that combines energy, minerality and precision. Sharp, fresh and vibrant, with notable tension and purity.
