Vineyard
Sourced from the estate’s finest parcels in Langhorne Creek, where mature, low-yielding vines grow on alluvial soils over clay and limestone. This region’s long, warm days and cooling evening breezes produce Cabernet with ripe fruit concentration and beautifully developed tannins. Traditional winemaking includes open fermentation, basket pressing, and maturation in a mix of French and American oak barrels (a portion new) to build structure and complexity without overwhelming the fruit.
Vintage
The 2023 vintage delivered long, cool ripening conditions, resulting in Cabernet fruit of exceptional aromatic purity and balance. Lower yields and excellent phenolic ripeness produced wines with depth, elegance, and finely sculpted tannin structure — an outstanding year for Noon’s flagship Cabernet.
