The vineyard comprises a 6-hectare monopole, one of the largest monopoles in the CĂŽte de Nuits.
Two bottlings are produced from the site, with the Vieilles Vignes sourced from parcels receiving greater sun exposure, resulting in a more robust and fruit-forward expression.
The monopoleâs location, sheltered by the Combe Lavaux, contributes remarkable freshness even in periods of extreme heat.
The 2022 vineyard was affected by a severe hailstorm in June, requiring rigorous hand sorting to ensure only the cleanest fruit reached the winery.
The domaine has practised organic viticulture since its inception and ferments with 100% whole clusters and wild yeasts. Wines are produced without fining or filtering.
