Sourced from estate vineyards in the granite-rich hills of Beechworth, the fruit benefits from elevation, low-vigour soils, and cool nights that preserve natural acidity and aromatic precision. The 2023 vintage delivered excellent balance and purity, allowing the wine to capture both varietal intensity and finesse.

In the winery, fruit was hand-harvested and gently handled to retain texture and perfume. Fermentation and maturation took place with minimal intervention, allowing the vineyard character to remain at the forefront while building complexity and mouthfeel.
