"From Margaret River in this outstanding year. Made with minimal intervention, displaying the fruit from this year rather well. Opens with a lime and grapefruit aroma that is so typical of the chardies from this region. Subtle slightly toasted oak characters add just a little complexity. The palate is fine and linear but with excellent depth and fruit concentration delivered with control and precision. Light chalky mouth feel completes a tidy wine."

"From a brilliant Chardonnay vintage in Margaret River, here we have a wine of freshness and eminent drinkability. Kaffir lime leaf and lime peel kick off a high-toned set of aromas, followed by white grapefruit, green pineapple and white nectarine with a gentle sheath of vanillin and toasty oak beneath. The palate is equally fresh and tensile though with ample texture foil it. Lime zest, green apple, grapefruit pith, white nectarine and pineapple are coiled within brisk and zesty acidity along with some preserved lime phenolics through the finish. This is pithy, fresh and tensile with thirst slaking appeal at $28"

Winemaking & Production
This wine follows a minimalist winemaking approach, allowing the fruit and region to speak. After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in a combination of stainless steel and older French oak barrels. The wine is aged on its lees for several months before bottling with minimal intervention.
About This Range
Each wine in this range aims to express the honest flavours of individual grape varietals, presenting a benchmark example of grape, place and maker through minimal intervention and a focus on terroir.
