Olivier Leflaive’s Les Sétilles is a Chardonnay from Burgundy, offered here in the 2022 vintage and a 750ml bottle. Its character combines a fresh, delicate texture with the rounded detail of oak maturation.

The blend draws on selected parcels around Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault, complemented by fruit from the Côte Chalonnaise and Hautes Côtes de Beaune. The producer records alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, followed by fourteen months of maturation: 70% in barrels and 30% in tank.

The estate’s vintage note describes honeyed aromas and white-fleshed fruit, with freshness, a gentle mouthfeel and chalky nuances on the finish. Serve at approximately 10–12°C with grilled fish, fried calamari or Brie.
