The winery carefully matches climates and soil types for each grape varietal, then guides each vineyard lot throughout the entire winemaking process. This proprietary approach to winemaking has earned Kendall-Jackson its world-renowned reputation for wines that consistently exhibit signature rich layers of flavour combined with delicate balance.

The fruit is whole-cluster pressed to retain fresh fruit qualities. The wine is aged for five months in French oak (4.5% new) and American oak (7% new), with sur lie ageing and monthly bâtonnage to build a velvety, silky texture and creamy flavour.
