⚗️ Vinification
Hand-harvested, bunch-sorted, destemmed and berry-selected.
Cold maceration for 5–7 days at 10–15°C, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at 21–28°C.
Completed malolactic fermentation and aged in oak barrels for 12 months to enhance structure and complexity.
