The blend comprises 48% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 22% Mourvèdre, with each variety vinified separately before maturation in a combination of traditional large oak foudres and French oak barrels. This gentle élevage preserves fruit purity while adding texture and complexity.
The bouquet reveals vibrant aromas of raspberry, kirsch, wild strawberry and blackberry, layered with Provençal herbs, cracked black pepper, lavender, liquorice and subtle earthy spice.
