Vineyard and Winemaking

Sourced from low-yielding, dry-grown vines in the central and northern Barossa Valley, the fruit was hand-picked and fermented in open-top fermenters with regular hand plunging to build structure and depth. The wine then matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak for approximately 18 months, achieving perfect harmony between power and finesse.

Tasting Notes

Deep crimson in colour, the nose opens with layers of blackberry, plum, dark cherry, and mulberry, interwoven with notes of black pepper, clove, cocoa, and savoury spice.
