“Pale straw with a light green tinge and aromas of nectarine, white peach and citrus fruits. Hints of soft spice, vanilla, clotted cream, steel-cut oats, mountain herbs, struck flint, white flowers and stone. Mealy and savoury on the palate with peach and citrus tones, a scattering of dried herbs and oatmeal and a sense of umami on the savoury, mineral-laden finish.”
