Another strong vintage following on from 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Dark, ripe fruits dominate the nose and palate – blackberry and mulberry, along with hallmark Lake’s Folly cedar tones (derived from the fruit, not the oak). Soft, supple, generous style from another drought year. Lovely balanced oak rounds out, and complements, the wine.

Lake’s Folly follows an uncompromising approach to true estate-grown and made wines. As a single-site vineyard established in 1963, the winery remains family-owned, with the Fogarty family at the helm for 22 years. The vineyard and working winery sit together on site, producing wines with a consistent expression of place year in, year out.
