Granite Hills TOR Riesling 2019 is a reserve expression from the Macedon Ranges in Victoria. TOR takes its name from the prominent rocky outcrops that rise above the estate’s vineyards.

The producer selects fruit from Riesling vines planted in 1971 and 1972. These long-established vineyard parcels are central to the identity of the TOR release.

The wine is made entirely from free-run Riesling juice. That selection offers a focused introduction to one of Granite Hills’ most important varieties, without relying on copied tasting notes from another vintage.
