ā€œ84/13/1% cabernet sauvignon/merlot/malbec. Routinely delicious, spicy and elegant, all of it here again this vintage. This 2019 has earthy undertones, blood plum and salted licorice. Stalky (although not actually ā€“ the wine was destemmed and whole berries were retained), sappy and layered with loads of pepper, szechuan and brine, all of it contained within the medium-bodied frame.ā€
