Overview

A powerful single-vineyard Barossa Valley Shiraz from Greenock Creek, the 2018 Seven Acre combines remarkable concentration with savoury detail and structural freshness. Hand harvested from the estate vineyard in Seppeltsfield, it was basket pressed and matured for 21 months in seasoned American oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
