Yering Station is one of Victoria’s historic wine estates and an important name in the development of the Yarra Valley. This 2017 Village Shiraz reflects the region’s cooler-climate style, combining savoury spice, lifted aromatics and generous dark-fruited depth.

Producer Notes

The wine was matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak, adding polish and structure while preserving the natural elegance of Yarra Valley Shiraz. The label notes lifted floral and spice aromas, complemented by a rich, generous palate.
