About This Wine

Domaine Arnaud Ente is known for Chardonnay that balances richness with acidity and minerality. Puligny-Montrachet fruit comes from very small holdings, with production spread across tiny parcels. The domaine ferments its top wines in older oak barrels before moving them to tank for around six months prior to bottling without fining or filtration.

About the Winery

Domaine Arnaud Ente is regarded as one of the leading estates in Meursault and across Burgundy. The Ente family originated from Armentières in northern France, later marrying into a Puligny-Montrachet family. Arnaud and Marie-Odile Ente established the domaine in Meursault in 1992.
The estate farms around four hectares divided across ten parcels, including significant holdings in Meursault En L’Ormeau. Additional small premier cru parcels are in Meursault Les Gouttes d’Or and Puligny-Montrachet Les Referts. Top wines spend their first year in older oak, followed by approximately six months in tank before bottling without fining or filtration.
