Fruit for the 2014 vintage was sourced from old, low-yielding Shiraz and Grenache vines across the Barossa Valley. The growing season delivered excellent ripeness with retained natural acidity, providing ideal conditions for a wine that combines depth with precision. Grenache contributes aromatic lift, red-fruited charm, and silky texture, while Shiraz adds structure, dark fruit intensity, and savoury depth.

In the winery, each variety was hand-harvested and fermented separately in small batches, allowing precise control over extraction and varietal expression.
