Crafted from botrytis-affected Semillon grapes in the Riverina region of New South Wales, the 2013 De Bortoli Noble One is a celebrated Australian dessert wine that balances opulence with elegance. The grapes are carefully harvested late in the season to ensure concentrated flavours and natural sweetness.

Golden amber in colour, the nose reveals aromas of marmalade, candied orange peel, apricot, honey, and crÚme brûlée. The palate is rich and silky, delivering layers of stone fruits, citrus zest, vanilla, and sweet spice, all supported by refreshing acidity that lifts the finish and avoids heaviness.

Fermented and matured in French oak barriques, the wine shows both intensity and finesse, with excellent cellaring potential.
