Sourced from the Descendant Vineyard in Marananga, Barossa Valley, this 2012 vintage is a tribute to Torbreck’s Rhône-style tradition. The Shiraz (92%) is co-fermented with Viognier (8%) and matured in seasoned French oak previously used for RunRig, creating a wine of depth and elegance.

Colour: Deep purple with magenta edges

Nose: Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, vanilla, sweet cloves, violets, lavender, and spice

Palate: Full-bodied and silky, featuring dark berries, plum, cinnamon, mocha, and espresso notes supported by fine tannins
