About This Wine

Complex nose of dark fruit, charred meats, spice and cocoa. The palate is layered with anise, dark berries and wood spice.

A complete and complex release that has softened with time. Great length of palate and oak integration.

About the Producer

In 1979, Dennis Canute and sixth generation Barossa grape grower Christine purchased a rundown vineyard in Vine Vale and rejuvenated the old Shiraz and Grenache grandfather vines.

Next-generation grower/winemaker Christian Canute is proud of this unique vineyard and makes sure its personality speaks clearly through each wine that bears the Rusden label.
