30th Anniversary Limited Release
Established in 1995 under the direction of pioneering Chief Winemaker Ed Carr, House of Arras has helped redefine the potential of Australian sparkling wine. This special release recognises three decades of meticulous traditional-method winemaking and extended lees maturation.
Appearance
Yellow-gold with a light green edge and a very fine, persistent bead.
Bouquet
Classical lemon curd and marzipan intertwine with fresh brioche, field mushroom, truffle and caramelised walnuts.
Palate
Elegant and refined, with lemon curd, roasted almond and nougat supported by underlying yeasty and crème brûlée characters. The very low dosage accentuates the wine’s vivacity and fruit purity, while its extended tirage contributes exceptional depth, harmony and complexity.
Vineyard Provenance
Sourced from cool-climate vineyards across Tasmania’s Derwent Valley, East Coast, Coal River Valley and Tamar Valley.
Winemaking
Produced by the traditional method and matured on lees for more than 16 years before its late disgorgement. This extended ageing develops the wine’s fine mousse, creamy texture and complex tertiary characters while preserving freshness and precision.
