Produced only in exceptional vintages, Hill of Roses reflects both the pedigree of its site and the meticulous craftsmanship of the Henschke family.

This wine opens with an alluring bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, and ripe plum, intertwined with layers of violet, star anise, cedar, and subtle earthy spice. The palate is powerful yet refined, showing concentrated dark fruits, fine-grained tannins, and savoury nuances of leather, dried herbs, and tobacco. The finish is long and complex, reflecting both the strength of the 2004 vintage and the elegance of Eden Valley terroir.
