Fruit for the 2000 vintage was sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, including Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, and Coonawarra. The wine was matured for 14 months in American oak hogsheads, one-third of which were new, with the remainder seasoned Grange barrels, ensuring complexity and integration.
