Produced from Mount Pleasant’s historic Old Hill and Old Paddock vineyards in the Hunter Valley, the Maurice O’Shea Shiraz is a tribute to one of Australia’s most legendary winemakers. The 1995 vintage reflects the elegance and longevity for which this label is renowned.

The 1995 season was moderate and well-paced, allowing for gradual ripening and excellent flavour concentration. Fruit was hand-picked and traditionally vinified, with extended maceration and maturation in French oak to preserve the regional character and build structure.

Nose: Aromas of dried plum, mulberry, earthy spice, leather, and hints of cedar and tobacco.
