Centennial Collection

Seppeltsfieldā€™s 100 Year Old Para Vintage Tawny is the worldā€™s only unbroken lineage of single-vintage Tawny matured for a full century before release. Drawn from the 1901 vintage, this wine forms part of a collection that links modern drinkers directly to nineteenth- and early twentieth-century Barossa winemaking.

Maturation

The 1901 vintage spent 100 years maturing in oak, developing immense complexity, viscosity and concentration. Seppeltsfield has described the wine as showing burnt toffee, raisin fruit cake and dark chocolate, with remarkable finish length supported by acidity and alcohol.
